Rewiring Education
RewirEd hopes to ensure that education and learning are at the centre of human development and investment, resulting in a future that is both prosperous and sustainable; reclaim the foundational role of education in achieving the Global Goals; unlock new solutions and innovation for the future of education by fostering collaboration between new and unlikely allies, whilst bringing together existing platforms and partnerships to amplify their impact; and elevate youth voices as drivers of progress in education policy and practice to ensure more relevant, agile and resilient systems that respond to local realities.
RewirEd has two main initiatives namely RewirEd Talks, an ongoing initiative that offers everyone the opportunity to host and participate in meaningful conversations on education, RewirEd Summit, a flagship 3-day global education summit bringing together key stakeholders from around the world to collectively tackle education challenges by exploring entirely new approaches as well as offering participants a unique opportunity to agree on a shared vision and concrete action. Convening more than 2,000 participants, RewirEd Summit will take place between 12 and 14 December 2021 at Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), co-located at the Expo 2020 Dubai site in Dubai, the UAE.
