Dubai Cares, in partnership with Madrasa Early Childhood Programme - Zanzibar, Aga Khan Development Network and the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, is working towards increasing access to quality primary education for 4 and 5 year old children in Zanzibar.
The program benefits 25,000 children through contextually relevant, cost effective and replicable pre-school approaches.
The program includes 3 major components:

• Creating conducive and constructive teaching and learning environments
• Strengthening school, community and government support systems
