The program aims to restore schooling in areas affected by the destructive Sulawesi earthquake and tsunami that hit the country in September 2018. It is part of the collaborative response to bring the affected children back into schools to continue their education. The program is set to benefit members of the communities including children, young people and teachers, through repairing and refurbishing schools and learning centers, establishing Temporary Learning Structures (TLS), and training teachers to address children’s psychological and emotional needs.
