Dubai Cares, in partnership with Educate!, launched a program in Rwanda aimed at transforming secondary education by implementing a proven model of practical and skills-based education, with a focus on entrepreneurial skills, directly within schools. The program also supported the Rwandan government by providing technical advisory on national education policy and curriculum reform, while building the capacity of teachers to effectively implement these reforms. Its core components included the establishment of Skills Labs and Student Business Clubs, comprehensive teacher training and support, and direct technical advisory services to assist the government in shaping and implementing national curriculum reforms.
