Dubai Cares and Microsoft cooperated to prepare one million students and teachers for the digital information age. At the initial phase, Microsoft supported the establishment of Learning Resource Centers that were used as knowledge hubs for students, teachers and communities. The program served as an opportunity to build the “model of intervention” and scale it up in other countries.
