Dubai Cares, in partnership with UNICEF, focused on the improvement of education opportunities for children, especially girls, in the most remote and marginalized communities of all regions to increase the demand for and supply of education services.

As part of the program, Dubai Cares:
• Supported the development of non-formal education
• Built and rehabilitated primary schools in disadvantaged areas
• Introduced innovative teaching methods
• Trained and supervised teachers
• Provided support for the development of policy frameworks, coordination and monitoring and evaluation
