Established by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Dubai Cares today praised its leader for facilitating positive change through education in both the UAE and developing countries around the world. The philanthropic organization also stressed the importance of safety and security in fostering a productive environment for the youth of a nation.
