Following the response that the ‘School Feeding Campaign’ has received so far from individuals and businesses in the UAE, Dubai Cares has extended its efforts in reaching out to the community and providing them with an opportunity to further support the Campaign. Dubai Cares will be organizing an Arabic stand-up Comedy Show by Wonho Chung with sales proceeds being directed to Dubai Cares.
The audience adulation that Wonho Chung enjoys as a comedian and as a TV host will help create awareness about the serious global issue of the lack of food and nutrition that children in developing countries face.
The Wonho Chung Comedy Show will be held on 28th October 2010 at 7:30 PM in the First Group Theatre at Souk Madinat Jumeriah. Tickets are priced at AED 100 and AED 250 and are available at www.madinattheatre.com and at the Box Office at the venue itself. An additional attraction for purchased ticket holders will be a Free Raffle Draw which will be held at the end of the show with great prizes donated by a number of corporate organizations, to be won.
